I am a Nurse Practitioner with a doctorate in nursing practice, specializing in psychiatry and mental health. I have been practicing since 2018 in mental health. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, I was a registered nurse in psychiatry, delivering care to psychiatric inpatients. A committed and selfless worker. Compassionate with a good spirit to serve.
I provide outpatient and residential care to patients with chronic or urgent mental problems. Assess patient for psychological disorders; pre-existing or new. I formulate the appropriate differential diagnosis based on the history, psychiatric examination, and clinical findings. I established a plan of care to achieve the identified health goals.
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I work in collaboration with other members of the medical team in developing and implementing treatment plans based on patient’s physical and psychiatric histories, profiles, diagnoses, and exam results.
